What coolmath publishes
The current games, game screenshots, interface, brand artwork, and editorial text are first-party project materials. If licensed or third-party material is introduced later, its source, permitted use, attribution, and derivative rules must be documented. Possession of a file or appearance on another website is not treated as proof of publishing permission.
What a report should include
Identify the copyrighted work, the exact coolmath URL, the material or location at issue, your relationship to the rights holder, a reliable way to reply, and a good-faith explanation of the claim. Include a source or authorization record when useful. Do not send passwords, payment information, government identity documents, or unrelated personal data unless a secure and legally appropriate process specifically requires it.
Review and preservation
We preserve the report and relevant page evidence, review the material and known provenance, and may temporarily disable access while ownership or permission is assessed. Material without adequate provenance can be removed. We can request clarification when the URL, work, authorization, or claimed use cannot be identified.
Response and counter-information
A publisher or contributor whose material is affected may be asked for license evidence or other counter-information. Restoration is considered only when the rights basis is adequately supported. Repeated or knowingly false reports can harm users and rights holders, so submissions should be accurate and limited to the issue.
Rights-review scope
Numeral Grove Learning LLC reviews copyright and rights reports voluntarily through the published contact channel. This page does not designate a statutory agent or replace any notice elements required by applicable law. Rights holders should obtain legal advice when a formal statutory process is required.
