Acceptance and service scope
By using the site, a visitor agrees to use its games and information lawfully and consistently with these terms. coolmath provides original browser games, general educational guidance, local preferences, search, and category discovery. The service is provided for personal, family, and classroom use; it is not a professional assessment, accredited course, or guaranteed learning program.
Permitted and prohibited use
Visitors may play the public games and link to public pages for ordinary personal or classroom activity. Do not disrupt the service, bypass security, introduce malicious code, automate abusive traffic, scrape protected resources at harmful rates, impersonate the operator, misrepresent affiliation, interfere with another visitor, or use the site to violate privacy, intellectual-property, or other applicable rights.
Accounts, purchases, and submissions
The current build has no account, purchase, upload, comment, or public-submission feature. Favorites and recent games remain in local browser storage. If a future feature accepts content or creates an account, additional rules and a matching privacy disclosure must be published before that feature is used.
Intellectual property
Original site code, writing, screenshots, interface artwork, and brand assets are protected under applicable intellectual-property rules. A visitor receives no ownership by accessing them. Classroom use does not authorize republishing the game files, copying the site, removing notices, or presenting coolmath material as another service’s work. Third-party names remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and changes
Games, routes, compatibility, and features can change as browsers, security requirements, or editorial decisions evolve. We may correct, replace, suspend, or remove content that is broken, unsafe, rights-unclear, inaccurate, or no longer maintainable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every managed device, preservation of local preferences, or a particular result.
Educational and external-link limitations
Content is general practice and information. Adults and educators should preview a game and decide whether it fits the learner, curriculum, device, and local policy. External links, if present, can change outside our control and are not endorsements. A score, streak, or completion time should not be converted directly into a grade or diagnosis.
Liability and jurisdiction
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a promise that it will be error-free or suitable for every purpose. Nothing here excludes a right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in New York, United States, without overriding consumer rights that must apply in a visitor’s location.

We may restrict abusive access or preserve relevant security records when necessary to protect the service and users.
